Published to celebrate the first twenty years of Pinto's interior design work, this is a now scarce and much sought after book from 1992 illustrates the glamorous interiors created this master of design and decoartion who sadly died in 2012, so these books will only become more and more collectable as time goes on. The book is in very good condition and is lavishly illustrated throughout with colour photographs. 295 pages - text is in French.
Dupre Lafon: Decorateur des Millionnaires
Hardback book with dustjacket, text is in French, 206 pages full of photographs, illustrations and drawings which showcase much of his amazing talent both as an interior designer and decorator and as a designer of furniture. Lafon was well known for his brilliant use and combination of quality material such as exotic woods with fine Hermes leather (he also worked for Hermes during his career). A very scarce book.

If you like the works of Jean Dunand, Art Deco design, or just a fan of lacquer technique, this book is incredible. The illustrations are superb, and descriptions are very throughout. Maxime Old: Architecte-Decorateur
A hardback book with dust jacket in very good condition. Old had a long career starting in the 1930's when he worked with Ruhlmann and was designing until his death in 1991. His furniture is much sought after nowadays, he was always concerned about functionalism and comfort, he added luxury by using rare and expensive woods, he was known for his perfect proportions and clean and elegant lines. This is a scarce and sought after monograph, 320 pages, beautifully illustrated throughout with colour and Black & white photographs. French text.
Ruhlmann: Master of Art Deco
This is a copy of a rare English language edition of this beautiful and now scarce book, with original dust jacket in good condition. 312 pages having 67 colour plates and 420 black & white illustrations. Ruhlmann was a renowned and highly sought after designer of both furniture and interiors who epitomised the glamoour of the French Art Deco Styleof the 1920's and 30's. He became well known for designing and making formal furniture using precious and exotic woods in combination with Ivory fittings, which gave them a very stylish and timeless appeal. Gilbert Poillerat,
This is a beautifully photographed book with text in french by Francois Baudotabout the life and creations of one of the great designers and workers in ironwork. He started work towards the end of the Art Deco and this influence can be seen in some of his work, but throughout his career he created totally unique and often fantastical pieces - sometimes in collaboration with the best known decorators and designers of the time such as Andre Arbus, Jacques Adnet and Jean Royere. The Maison Dominique was created in 1922 by André Domin and Marcel Genevrière. Dominique takes place in the avant-garde of french decoration with association known as the Groupe des Cinq, including Puiforcat, Chareau, Legrain and the jeweller Raymond Templier. With his « grand luxe » style, La Maison Dominique worked as well for the Paquebot Normandie, the Paquebot France or the Mobilier National and the Palais de l’Elysée.
